Ayurveda is a consciousness-based system of healing from India. It’s one of the oldest healing systems on the planet and forms as a practical guide to understanding how we operate as human beings mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually. Although ancient–5,000 years old–it is surprisingly modern and adaptable. It establishes the deep-rooted connection between human intelligence and nature’s intelligence–specifically the elements of space, air, fire, water and earth–and how the energetic characteristics of these master elements are represented within our physiological make-up.
The unique elemental formula that each of us are born as is broken down into three primary doshas or mind-body personalities–Vata, Pitta and Kapha.
Connecting to nature, connects us to ourselves. As we begin to identify the energies of Vata, Pitta and Kapha within our constitutional make-up, we begin to witness our inner and outer world through the doshic lens of Ayurveda–seeing and feeling how we digest and process the daily experiences that clearly define our life “tendencies”. It is through this expanded sense of self-awareness, that we are better able to create an empowered pathway to our overall wellbeing and engage directly with the magnetic forces that coincide with conscious choice-making.
Ayurveda is an incredibly useful instrument that melodically assists you in strengthening the muscle of your internal health compass–a potent life tool for enriched living.
And it doesn’t stop there…
Once you discover the rhythms of your own unique nature, you will begin to unmask the Ayurvedic essence (dosha characteristics) in family, friends, partners, your children, business colleagues–essentially everyone you come into contact with. A truly wonderful way to navigate through life–personally and professionally.
